1. Important return policy

As it takes more than 200 days for the platform to return them to China, it greatly increases the possibility of lost packages. Therefore, please understand;

Secondly, before you confirm receipt, please do not remove the protective film when trying on the watch. Because watches are valuable items, tearing off the protective film will scratch the case and bracelet, and trying on a genuine leather strap will leave creases, making it impossible for us to make a second sale;

Thirdly, please ensure that the returned goods are intact and all accessories in the package, including gifts, are returned together. Please contact us before returning the goods. Thank you for your understanding.

2. We support direct shipping. Please write the house number clearly so that we can send your order to the address and recipient you specify.

3. About express delivery

Firstly, SF Express will be sent to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Secondly, in other regions, our store has signed with AliExpress Standard Logistics, which takes approximately 15-30 days.
